Managing Director and Founder
Alexander Schmitt-Geiger studied law and political science in Passau and Munich and completed postgraduate studies in public relations consulting in Frankfurt am Main.
Alexander Schmitt-Geiger has extensive practical experience from working with a wide range of German and international clients in all areas of the agency's activities.
He teaches legal and crisis communication as well as public affairs and lobbying at the University of Koblenz and at universities in Darmstadt and Munich.
Alexander Schmitt-Geiger is co-editor of a seminal work on litigation PR, a speaker at numerous conferences, and a regular contributor on topics related to legal, political, and crisis communication.
Before founding COMMUNICATIONPUBLIC AFFAIRS, he worked as a communications consultant in agencies, a security policy institution, and in public administration.

Managing Partner/Director of Privacy and Cybercrime
Manuel Grubenbecher studied law in Cologne and specializes in IT and data protection law. He manages the Düsseldorf and Berlin offices.
His work focuses on crisis management and specific consulting in connection with cyber attacks from a legal and strategic perspective.
Manuel Grubenbecher has over 20 years of experience in crisis consulting, primarily in an international context. His focus is on Africa and the Middle East.
In addition to strategic crisis management, preventive consulting on establishing efficient crisis communication in companies is a key area of focus. In this context, Manuel Grubenbecher has led various national and international reputation management campaigns.
